Marisol Espinoso.

The latter, being the most predominant leaders in companies, are the ones who lead most important decisions within companies, which depending on the type of leadership they exercise over others will determine a specific work environment and the relationship that these individuals have. with their subordinates, especially with the younger ones, the members of Generation Y, who, coming from a totally different social, economic and cultural context than that of the Baby Boomers, could lead to their differences being seen in work crashes that would decrease productivity and the achievement of objectives, especially if there are intergenerational groups in the company's action departments, where these demographic groups would no longer be in a position of boss and subordinate so directly, but working together. This research work will seek to see the relationship between the different types of leadership found in Dominican companies and the demographic groups that make up the leaders of these organizations, seeking to verify in the first instance the existence of a greater number of people in senior management positions. belonging to the longest-lived generational cohorts and, in the second part, to see the various characteristics of the mixed work teams of the selected companies. For this analysis, the leadership survey prepared by the psychologist Kurt Lewin and the survey by Licda. Marisol Espinoso.
