[English] Dentoalveolar traumas are defined as the set of injuries that compromise the teeth and / or their supporting structures, as a consequence of a direct or indirect violent impact, whose aggressive force exceeds the resistance found in bone, muscle and dental tissues. Objective: to determine the level of knowledge of the students of level IV and V of the UNIBE dentistry career on stomatological management of dentoalveolar trauma in pediatric dentistry. Materials and methods: a descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional study was carried out, the sample It was made up of 71 dental students who are studying levels IV and V at the UNIBE dental clinic in the period May-August in 2021, in which the data were collected through an applied survey. The variables studied were sex, age and level of clinical course. Results: In this study, the data of 71 students were collected, where 23 clinical IV students and 48 clinical V students were surveyed. The population studied was 62% female, 13% male. Highlighting that 61% of the studied population has knowledge and clinical management about the immediate management of dentoalveolar trauma. Conclusion: It was evidenced that students have knowledge about the clinical approach to this type of dentoalveolar trauma, with 61% of the population presenting on this type of clinical approach to dental alveolar trauma.
