[Español] Este trabajo de grado presenta el análisis y diseño de un sistema para facilitar el acceso de información para los estudiantes de término que tengan como requisito prácticas profesionales en sus carreras universitarias en la República Dominicana, a través de una plataforma web. La meta principal es exponer un modelado de procesos y diseño de una aplicación que muestre vacantes publicadas por empresas con el interés de reclutar estudiantes de termino en sus empresas. Esta aplicación facilita el acceso a la información a los estudiantes con el fin de ayudar a cumplir sus requisitos universitarios de una forma más rápida e interactiva. Validando la situación actual se les presentó una encuesta a varios estudiantes de termino y egresados de la República Dominicana. La muestra fue aplicada a una muestra de 77 personas. La encuesta consta de dieciséis preguntas cerradas y una abierta, siendo las respuestas basadas en la valoración psicométrica de Likert. En base a estos resultados se elaboró un análisis a la situación que tienen los estudiantes universitarios en la República Dominicana y se realizó el diseño para la aplicación tomando en cuenta las necesidades actuales y los requerimientos necesarios para cumplir las expectativas del usuario.
[English] This degree work presents the analysis and design of a system to facilitate access to information for term students who have professional internships as a requirement in their university careers in the Dominican Republic, through a web platform. The main goal is to expose a process modeling and design of an application that shows vacancies published by companies with the interest of recruiting term students in their companies. This app makes it easy for students to access information to help them meet their college requirements faster and more interactively. Validating the current situation, a survey was presented to several term students and graduates from the Dominican Republic. The sample was applied to a sample of 77 people. The survey consists of sixteen closed questions and one open question, the answers being based on the Likert psychometric assessment. Based on these results, an analysis of the situation of university students in the Dominican Republic was elaborated and the design for the application was carried out taking into account the current needs and the necessary requirements to meet the user's expectations.
