[English] The purpose of this research is to analyze the recent evolution of the feminization of Dominican migration to Spain in the period 2008–2023. To this end, secondary sources from the National Statistics Institute (INE) were used, specifically the Continuous Population Register and the Statistics on Migration and Change of Residence, which allow for a detailed observation of the demographic dynamics and residential movements of the foreign population. The results obtained confirm the continued predominance of women in this migratory flow, although with ups and downs related to broader socioeconomic processes. These include the 2008 economic crisis, which marked a turning point in the arrival of migrants; the COVID-19 pandemic, which temporarily limited international travel; and the maturing process of the Dominican community in Spain, which has led to changes in settlement patterns and in family and transnational dynamics. Overall, the findings reaffirm that feminization is a structural and persistent feature of Dominican migration to Spain, reflecting the interaction between gender inequalities, socioeconomic factors, and transnational transformations that shape contemporary international mobility.
