Resumen
[Español] El presente estudio tuvo el propósito de identificar las estrategias de apoyo que utilizan los docentes para optimizar el aprendizaje de la lectura y escritura en los estudiantes del tercer grado del nivel primario. Se trató de un estudio analítico-documental y de campo de abordaje cualitativo. Las técnicas de recogida de datos fueron a través de fuentes secundarias y primarias, dentro de las fuentes primarias se aplicó la técnica de entrevistas semiestructuradas. Se seleccionaron de manera intencional actores relacionados con la problemática en estudio Cuatro (4) docentes o maestras de tercer grado, tres (3) Psicólogas escolares, una (1) coordinadora de primer ciclo del nivel primario, una (1) especialista en lingüística. Como resultado los estudiantes tienen falencias en la lectura y escritura puesto que las docentes emplean métodos tradicionales y no utilizan estrategias más innovadoras para enseñar la lectura y escritura de manera creativa y significativa.
[English] The present study had the purpose of identifying the support strategies that teachers use to optimize the learning of reading and writing in third grade students of the primary level. It was an analytical-documentary and field study with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were through secondary and primary sources, within the primary sources the technique of semistructured interviews was applied. Actors related to the problem under study were intentionally selected Four (4) third grade teachers, three (3) school psychologists, one (1) primary level first cycle coordinator, one (1) linguistics specialist. As a result, students have weaknesses in reading and writing as teachers employ traditional methods and do not use more innovative strategies to teach reading and writing in a creative and meaningful way.
