Centralización de historia médica electrónica utilizando inteligencia artificial: sistema ReCore

Abstract

[Español] El proyecto que se presenta a continuación pretende ser una propuesta de Transformación Digital para todas las personas del Distrito Nacional que padezcan de alguna enfermedad o situación médica. Esta investigación busca brindar una solución que responda a esta problemática mediante el uso de la Tecnología de la Información y Comunicación (TIC). Re-Core es una plataforma que brinda a los pacientes la oportunidad de contar con su historial médico de forma centralizada permitiéndoles administrar dicha información de forma segura, portátil y eficaz su información. En esta plataforma los pacientes podrán cargar su información, compartirla con su médico de cabecera y realizar distintos seguimientos tanto para medicamentos como para estudios y visitas. Adicionalmente, podrán recibir recomendaciones mediante inteligencia artificial, con lo cual podrán ser orientados de forma complementaria sobre algunas informaciones que necesiten saber, siendo orientados de forma inmediata sobre alguna dolencia en específico.[English] The project presented below is intended to be a Digital Transformation proposal for all the people of the National District who suffer from any disease or medical situation. This research seeks to provide a solution that responds to this problem through the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Re-Core is a platform that gives patients the opportunity to have their medical history centrally, allowing them to manage this information in a safe, portable, and efficient way. In this platform, patients will be able to upload their information, share it with their family doctor and carry out different follow-ups for medicines and for studies and visits. Additionally, they will be able to receive recommendations through artificial intelligence, with which they can be guided in a complementary way about some information that they need to know, being immediately oriented about a specific ailment.
